Requirements
Piercing Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age to be pierced without a parent.
- All clients over the age of 18 must have their own currently valid, state issued photo ID.
- Acceptable I.D cards are: State Issued I.D, Drivers License, Military I.D, and Passport. The ID must show a photo of you and have your birthday printed on it.
- We cannot accept school IDs or work IDs even if they have your photo on them.
- If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or legal, custodial guardian present for all appointments. This guardian cannot be a temporary guardian (like visiting an aunt or uncle or staying with grandma for the summer)- they must have legal, court appointed custody of you.
Tattoo Requirements
You must be 18 years of age to be Tattooed.
Acceptable I.D cards are: State Issued I.D, Drivers License, Military I.D, and Passport.
